Instructions:
1. Take Strudel out of wrapper and place in a greased pan or on a cookie sheet. For best results, use 5 1/2" x 12" x 1" pan. 2. Let dough rise at room temperature 6 to 8 hours or until doubled in size. 3. After Strudel has risen, place on middle rack and bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Since ovens vary, baking time and/ or temperature may vary. If Strudel is not baking evenly, turn it while it continues to bake. 4. If desired, knead icing pack and drizzle over the pastry after it has cooled.
Ingredients:
Dough: Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacine, reduced iron, thiamin, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, margarine (palm oil, palm kernel oil, soybean oil, water, salt, monoglycerides, and soy lecithin (emulsifiers), calcium disodium EDTA, vitamin A palmitate), monocalcium phosphate, salt, yellow color blend (wheat starch, soybean oil, annatto and turmeric extract).
Cream Cheese filling: Cream Cheese (milk, cream, cheese cultures, salt, xanthan and/or guar gums), sugar, enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), vegetable shortening (palm oil) cornstarch, natural and artificial flavor, tartaric acid, salt.
Strawberry filling: Water, high fructose corn syrup, strawberries, sugar, corn syrup, modified corn starch, natural and artificial flavor, gellan gum, sodium benzoate and potassium sorgate (preservatives), maltic acid, salt, citric acid, caramel color, artificial color (Red 40).
Peach filling: Peaches (with ascorbic acid and citric acid), water corn syrup, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, modified corn starch, gellan gum, erythorbic acid, citric acid, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (preservative), calcium propionate, artificial flavor, salt, artificial color (Yellow 5 and 6).
Topping: Sugar, maltodextrin.
